BBC journalist Emma Barnett on living with endometriosis

Postby dmcff » 08 Oct 2019, 05:58

Not directly connected with AF, but this personal account and the interviews suggest that endometriosis is yet another of those painful medical conditions (including AF) about which doctors are still largely in the dark:

https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p07qb7l6
2014 Anal fissure
2015 CAT scan, EUA and sigmoidoscopy, 2 MRI scans - 4 hospital stays - severe to low pain
2016 Anal fissure - pain severe then moderate to low
2017 Return of moderate pain
2018 Physiotherapy and pain management
2019 Just living with it
