Strongly considering LIS! Any Aussies here who've had LIS?

Hi! I am starting a thread here to hopefully get some support and guidance. I would love any recommendations for CRS who have good track records for LIS in Australia!

Background:
- 31 year old female living in Spain but flying home to Adelaide tomorrow
- Suffering for almost 5 months trying everything to heal naturally
- At a point of minimal pain but still suffering mentally as it won't heal 100%
- ready to take the plunge and go with surgery after reading SO many times on this forum: 'I wish I'd had the surgery earlier'.
- I haven't had any children and might not in the future (I know this affects the level of risk with LIS)
- Ready to kick this thing in the butt!!
- February 2019 : Fissure
- Tried all of the creams, perfecting the diet, self dilation
- Reduced symptoms significantly but still not healed
- July 2019 : LIS with tag removal

No Aussies with LIS experience here? :o

How did you go? I'm 9 days post LIS and hemorrhoidectomy in Sydney.
