I know how you feel about taking medication and that’s good you only need the Tylenol. On my worst days that’s what I take too but don’t like it.

I do have a squatty potty I’ve been using for a couple years now. And I just ordered a sitz bath a few days ago. As soon as I read this I went and canceled my order for the one I got and looked up the one with the hose. That seems like a good idea. Can you post the link when you have time.
