Anal pain

Postby omer » 11 Oct 2022, 04:36

I had hemoriodactmy two years ago, since then (and maybe before too) i feel uncomfortable feeling after bowel movements that last for hours, sometimes have bleeding too but not much.
doctors said i dont have hemoriods or fissure and they see inflammation in the anal canal (they say from unkown reason)
I read alot and came up with anustisis diagone.

I dont see alot of information about it online or on forums.

seems like there is no real solution to the problem

anyone sufferd from that and healed?

Thank you

Hi there, you may need a colonoscopy to find the full extent of the inflammation. Have any of the specialists suggested that as an option? Also, if it's a skin condition, a dermatologist could help you.
8/16-12/16: Fissure due to antibiotics
5/17: Botox to sphincter, fissure healed
9/19: Trigger point injections and pudendal nerve block
11/19: Botox to pelvic floor
8/20: Botox to pelvic floor in new location.
On and off in pelvic physical therapy

I asked about colonoscopy but they say its not necessary
my surgeon claim its the skin inside the anus that is flaring up with a bowl movement
i tried creams and other things but it doesnt seem to solve the problem
i went to many doctors and did not get a solution
can i ask what do you suffer from? and what treatments did you try

I mainly have sensitivity in the anal skin area, but no inflammation. What country are you located in? Perhaps other members can offer suggestions for doctors based on that. Also, something to try may be a limited diet to see if it's food that's causing the problem. Zinc oxide cream has been used by some to help with sensitivity.

I am in china :) so i dont think other members here will know doctors around here.
I dont think its food that cause the issues, i tried to change my diet but didn't see difference
I did 2 operations for hemorrhoids so i guess that got something to do with my sensitive skin or general sensitiveness in this area.
I tried using A+D cream but didn't feel its working. do you have recommendations for other creams?
Thank you

Sometimes too many creams can cause problems too. Try something neutral like a bit of coconut oil or vaseline.
