Pshyllium Husk

Postby JaimeDeschain » 13 Nov 2022, 16:35

I've started taking half a scoop of Pshyllium husk before bed and it has worked wonders for me in the morning, but still in pain for my second trip to the toilet and I'm skeptical about adding a second does incase it bulks things up too much and is counter productive. I'm wondering when other people take their dose and how much a day they are taking? Would some Laxido in the morning help soften things up in the afternoon?

Be careful with too much psyllium. It can make things very uncomfortable in your colon.
