I had all you mentioned when I was seeing blood. Right now is sitting pain hurting me so much. I assume you don't have sitting pain right?

Sitting will exacerbate your problems a lot. It is one of the main contributors that cause problem to begin. It is probably why you got an anal fissure. Our bodies are not meant to sit for long periods. Do you sit for your job? If so, can you switch to standing desk?

Here is a channel that will explain things. I paid for her online videos, but I ended up seeing a Pelvic floor therapist in person.

For sure sitting has been the main factor for me among other things such as stress and diet. Right now I cannot point to the source of my pain it's more like a muscle pain. It's a bit leaning towards the left side though. It radiates to my scrotum and prostate area too. Prostate was normal in the MRIs.

You for sure have a pelvic floor problem. There are loads of great videos online to help with this. In person visits would be so much more helpful though.

borghive thanks for the great info and very informative links. Will certainly make an account and reach out to you as soon as I can. It looks like you got past your bad days and I'm happy for you. I don't know about you but I'm in my mid 40's and these afflictions are like wake up calls for me to watch my diet and life style. Our bodies are not resilient like they used to be in the good old days!

Hi Fred,
Fyi i am still having pain till now around those area and will be triggered by prolong sitting.

I went to another CRS which is Professor in my country and he confirmed all CR related (Fistula which he suspected it is not true, Fissure) all is already healed and guarantee it is not CR related causing the issue. So i went to see Neurologist and Neuro Surgeons and now suspected with these 2 as diagnosis that you might potentially look into:
1. Tethered Cord Syndrome
2. Peri Neural Cyst.

Both will cause pain in sitting and of course there are other symptom that will make you suspect between CR or Urologist related but if you clear all of that without any finding but you still have pain after sitting and another bladder or bowel issue you might want to try to browse those 2 above. But i surely hope that your pain is not cause by those 2 and it is just a pain that will gone which in other forum i also find several cases whereby the sitting pain in tailbone will be gone after a while (half to 1 year), so do not straight jump to conclussion after i tell you, but try to check the symptom and diagnosis if you have unexplain pain and not recover for 3+months.

What borgive mentioned is also potentially could be the issue but Pelvic Floor Issue is also a secondary to those 2 i mentioned to you since i’ve been to pelvic floor specialist theraphist but not really fruitfull.

Hope you could find your answer and get cured and be healthy again.

Thanks a lot for your update. So the new CRS thinks you had a fissure not fistula? But correct me if wrong, you mentioned you had a fistula surgery didn't you?
Anyways, you may want to look at non-bacterial prostatitis as well. This thing has gone undiagnosed for so long we keep looking at all possibilities!

Hi Fred,
Indeed i had fistula surgery but it is not found in MRI nor colonoscopy and This Professor suspect it is not. And the fissure things is previous doctor diagnosis as well which this professor also say if it was then it is already fully healed.

I was also being suspected with what you mentioned, but my prostate size is normal. So i’ve been went to at least 10 doctors - at least 3 Urologist, 4 CRS, and 3 Neuro surgeon. Full health scans, MRI, colonoscopy and CT Scans to land on those 2.

If you want to see about CPPS (pelvic floor related) you might want to find cure CPPS, it is quite good.
