yes my current CRS has given me 0.2 % nifidipine. The other CRS I had seen said that he used Botox only for people who did not like to apply the ointment as they were not comfortable with it.
My current CRS whom I trust the most said that the cream (0.2%) should stop pain in 10 days and according to his 25 plus years experience if the fissure reopened is not healing LIS is the best. He does not even mention botox.

Hi Ravi,
Just wanted to say I also used 2% and I couldn't do it for more than a few days. It wasn't just the headaches but my head would feel light and I'd get dizzy. I already deal with occasional light-headedness because I'm low on iron so 2% nitro made it insane. I tried taking it at night but would often wake up feeling weird, so I switched to diltiazem. Now I just use pure aloe vera, because any of the chemicals I used before irritated me too much
