Erik -

I forgot to add before that I have always wondered if the reason the nifedipine did not work for me was because I only used it 2 times a day (per my doctors order). I noticed that most people use it like 4 times a day.

Mmmmm Erik, sounds yummy - I will go and check the link : ) ! My fav now is mix of Rooibos chai and Mate Vana, and second fav is Rooibos Orange +Caribbean Breeze by TEAVANA(www.teavana.com).
Yes, tea is so calming for the mind and body - I drink different herbal teas and "tea" teas during the day , at least 4 cups daily !
Jen - yes, I used Nif. even more than 4 times a day LOL ! I even used it alternatively with Nitro - heh, one tight ass I am !!!

i'm glad you got some answers erik! it's been a long road for you too. keep up the good fissure routine and one day it's gotta do the trick! if it goes on too long, perhaps a second LIS is in order. i have no incontinence probs after 2.
btw, i cannot believe you're riding a bike that much!! doesn't it irritate the area?? i got a brand new bike around the time this began, and i've maybe been on it twice. it's uncomfortable to say the least! i'm impressed you can bike to work!
