I cannot think of a band, Kim, and this computer has me xer/ek473@##$#4 (mad). We keep getting a completely white/blank screen and then have to shut the 2343/xcdfer(bad word) thing off. I'll have my son look at it, and if he cannot figure it out, we'll have to call wonderful Comcast. It's very frustrating. Sometimes I feel like throwing a brick at the monitor.

It could be your computer has a virus, spyware, adware or malware "bug." It happens to everyone eventually. Do you ever run any programs to scan and remove the nasty critters? Like Adaware, or Spybot Search and Destroy, or Windows Defender?
