I just bought Fisol today.The pills were smaller than flaxseed and easier to swallow. Does this do the same job as flax seed help the poo along and coats things. Will I have to worry if I pass gas that I will mess my pants? Just wondering? I will accept anyones input.

I take Fisol everyday and it does coat the stool so it is easier to pass. I like that they break down in the small intestine so you don't get that fishy taste coming back up. It won't make it messy (unless you overdo it) either.
