Anyone have any experience with rye bread? I've been reading it's better for relieving constipation than wheat bread.

It seems to work OK for me. White bread, however, (and rolls) I try to avoid.

Any "whole" bread is much better than white one.
Avoid cakes, buns, breads, pasta and everything else that is made of white flower !!!!
I did not eat any bread while I had a fissure .
Best of luck : ) !!!
