Jman - you are very welcome and I am MORE than sure that Mayo doctors would absolutely know how to test it and treat it !!!!!!!!!!!! You have so many symptoms of that condition that it is pitiful that any of doctors did not pay attention to the whole picture : (((. Cheryl went through the whole training session for that disorder and is doing great (KTW) now !!!! I wish I live close to any Mayo

PS: Yes, creams probably helped by relaxing your muscle , which is good !!!! There are no long term side-effects from those creams , do not worry about that at all : )))

There is *VERY* rare disease called pudendal neuropathy that has similar symptoms. You probably don't have it as it is a rare disease, but it might be one possibility to discuss with your doctor.

If one starts reading medical encyclopedia - one can find gazzilion things that can and can not be - you now need to concentrate on the fact that you will be examined by the most competent doctors that exist and will know how to treat successfully whatever you have

The only and big difference is that BR you do have a fissure and Jman probably not But you both can have that pelvic floor dysfunction going on regardless of the actual presentation of the anal mucosa !!!!
