Hey reidgirl, it's normal to be worried and apprehensive right before such a surgery, just read some of the LIS success stories on here and you'll see that nobody has had long term complications (me included), you have to look at a possible lifetime of butt pain or the option to get rid for good, sure you'll have some post-op pain we all do but it won't last forever.
