just curious if at any time during fissure pain or pre- or post-LIS, did any men sufferers ever have any sensations - not necessarily pain - travel to the scrotum or testes area?

I have to say.... YES.. I've had like a straining feeling in my scrotum a few times which wasn't painful just weird, the feeling extended from my anus and back down again, kind of like a spasm but no pain, I know there's nothing untoward going on with my balls because I check them every day
