Can I continue taking flax oil capsules before surgery?

Can I continue taking flax oil capsules before surgery?

I don't plan on taking anything the morning of surgery, but should I discontinue the flax oil caps now (1 week before surgery)?

I was told no

I was told to stop Flax Oil and Fish Oil prior to the surgery by the hospital and was told it was okay by the CRS nurse. Not sure what to do. I'm going Monday for a fistulotomy and possble fissurectomy

I will stop the Flax oil just to be safe. Thanks so much for the reply.
