@Cherylk. I never did say thank you for your comments on my avatar. I took the picture at sunrise, zooming in. I love photography!
My favourite poet is Robert Frost, mainly because of his poem 'The Road Not Taken'.
What is your favourite movie in which there is dancing, if you have one?

Sav,
You must be a very talented photographer! I thought that was from a picture!
I think I will go with "Dirty Dancing" with Patrick Swayze although I think "Grease" also had some cool dancing!
Do you tend to get bored during these long winter months, or do you enjoy staying inside and looking at beautiful snow (if you have it)? Alternate question--who is your favorite movie star that is no longer living?

I'll answer my own question again! Clark Gable as he was wonderful in "Gone with the Wind."
Have you ever watched the TV program "Two and One Half Men" and if so, what do you think of Charlie Sheen??

I kind of feel like I am playing "Solitaire!"

Snow!! I am so fed up with it and I would scream if it did not hurt my arse... I try to get out, in fact there is not a day that I do not get out, come blizzard or anything. I do a lot of photography, so it is that that keeps me from going gaga Image
You are not playing Solitaire, cherlyk, as here I am.
Talking about TV programs, which would you prefer to watch, drama or comedy - Dexter or Blackadder, for example?

Sav,
Thanks for your response! I prefer dramas/mysteries if the plot is not too difficult to understand!
Has having an AF made you more empathetic towards others that are also suffering (not necessarily with an AF)?
Alternate question--Have you ever watched the TV program "Two and One Half Men" and if so, what do you think of Charlie Sheen and his offscreen behavior??

I'll jump back in now!
I think I was already empathetic to other people's pain, although maybe the AF experience has made me appreciate more the aspect of being depressed when you are sick or have some condition...
Did you/do you play any musical instrument, or if not, what would you like to play?

I played the clarinet in grade school. Since junior high I have played the organ and still have one, and I used to give organ lessons.
Have you ever volunteered for a non-profit or charitable entity, and if so, what was it, and if not, might you do that in the future?

I'll answer my own question again!
I volunteer for the Red Cross in blood services at their drives--usually as a greeter, but sometimes in the "canteen," which is a table where people go to sit and eat after they have donated.
If you could have a second home somewhere (away from your primary residence), where would it be???

My husband puts out tomato and green pepper plants each year in a "planter." He also plants flowers in our front and back yards. Image
Do you think this winter will ever end????? Alternate question--how do you cope when the electricity in your house goes out??
