Hello,
Did I spell that right?? Oh well what is the supplemant someone mentioned it in an earlier post but I can't remember who Lecia? maybe. What is the purpose of this? Something to do with bacteria? I would like to take it if it will help in the long run. Or will it cause constipation??? Just wondering.

Acidophilis or probiotics is a good way to restore and retain the correct baterial balance in the intestines. You can get it from eating yogurt with live active cultures or by getting supplements.
It is not constipating. In fact it helps to keep you regular and the right consistency. I take Natrol Probiotics beads (once a day) to keep things happy inside.
It also helps to keep the proper ph in the vag. canal and wards off yeast/bacterial infections there.
