Oh yes! I have buds on my peonies, clematis leafing up, corydalis, liver leaf, scilla, pasqueflower all in bloom! And the forsythia is turning yellow....a SURE sign! If it wasn't for my very recent LIS, I'd have plenty of dirt under my nails!
What do you think of the whole Mayan calendar predicting the end of the world in 2012? that'd really tick me off if I finally got my AF healed! Lol!

I guess anything can happen. That is why I try to take it one day at a time and enjoy myself as much as possible!
Do you have a HD TV?

We do and I like it only because it fills the screen the picture is better but I usually record stuff and watch it later it doesn't record in HD. My husband had to have the big tv but he doesn't watch much... Must be a man thing.
I have a bucket list of bands/ artists I'd like to see live before I die, do you have a few things you'd put in your bucket list? What would they be?

Rugby...no, I jest. I like swimming, but there is only one pool where I live, which is right in the middle of a hotel, and guests rooms look out on it. So, don't go so often.
What do you do if you can't sleep?

Do you think most people are overly concerned about their weight (or not concerned enough)?

Wow- very current topic for me. Unlike others on here I have gained weight over this fissure experience. I have also been in menopause during the past year or so and have thyroid issues.
All in all I would say a little of both. Some people seem to obsess over their weight when they really don't need to and the ones who do need to don't seem to obsess or be concerned about it enough. I live in a very very fitness conscious area of Colorado. We went for a drive on Thursday and must have seen , no joke, around 150 bikers going up steep slopes around 6:30 in the evening.
I am at my highest weight in about 5 years right now- gained 5 pounds at Christmas and 5 pounds during LIS recovery. I am having a hard time right now understanding why I can be eating so well and having a hard time just maintaining my weight. I may have to sign up for Weight Watchers soon!
What makes you happiest and why?

When we have a research breakthrough in CD or autism because I am always working for both of those 2 causes, and sometimes it becomes very tiring.
Do you have one "best" friend or several good friends?

I have four "best friends" but one of them, Nicky is my bfff! She gets my thru everything and she is the only person, including my husband, who I can tell everything to, b totally myself, even when I'm unreasonable, and she will accept and love me no matter what. Everyone needs a Nicky I think.
What do you think about Osama Bin Laden finally being found and killed? Do you think it will change anything?

I don't know if it will change anything, but it is good that justice has been done. I'm proud of our U.S. forces. They risk their lives daily to help keep us safe. I sat on the plane returning from my trip to Alabama with a young guy who was headed to Honduras for the U.S. Army!
