I had to take 3 Dulcolax tablets last night and have had diarrhea all morning. I was not expecting it to start so early. I guess I am in for the cleansing process most of the day.
I have not been able to use the nitroglycerin ointment today because I am constantly going to the bathroom. The colonoscopy is not scheduled until 1:00 tomorrow afternoon. I guess I won't use the nitro until I get home tomorrow. Will this be ok?
I can't wait until this is over and the colonoscopy is out of the way!

Good luck with the cleansing and tomorrow's procedure. I would lay off the nitro too since it keeps getting displaced anyway.

Yes, I think you can leave the nitro off for a day or two. Hopefully the meds they give you to knock oyu out or relax you will also keep the fissure pain at bay!

good luck tomorrow with the procedure. i guess you'll be very hungry after it! since you are very clean in the colon now, you can start all over in how you feed it.
