I use Johnson's Extracare wipes. They are very greasy and dont irritate at all.

Me personally, I won't use any baby wipes etc... I think the good old bath is sufficient. When you have to take sitz baths 5 or 6 times a day. You then realize that u only need to sit in an inch or two of water to relax and clean ur muscle down there. If your having a bad day, then take up more baths. If your out at work, then I for one, really don't know how u do it?? I haven't been able to go back to work yet! I just hope that botox get me back to work and then I will go off sick for LIS and still have my blinkin job?? We will see??? Best of luck though and were all with you x
