sigh, was trying to find a similar forum that is for hemmies sufferers and none of them is as great as this here! Gosh, that's a weird thing, cos we shld have more hemmies sufferers than anal fissurers...
Anyway, i notice that whenever i defecate, the piles will be forced out and retract back after i defecated. BUT if i have to walk quite a bit after i defecated, the piles will prolapse too! GOSH, so frustrating!!
