Decongestants

Postby Goma » 25 Nov 2011, 12:29

Alright, so I have a terrible cold and I really want to take a decongestant like Claritin D. However, I'm worried that it will constipate me and I'm doing well with my diet, supplements, and medicine right now and haven't had a hard BM since I've been on them on Monday. I don't want to mess things up, but I don't know if I can make it much longer with this cold without taking something! Has anyone else taken anything like this while having the anal fissure problem? Thanks!

hi Goma, personally if i'm still in pain i wouldn't risk anything that can make it worse. Sometimes i do have painful gastric due to bloatedness and people is urging me to take an antacid and i refused flatly. Reason being antacid can cause constipation!
read this and see if this can be of any help to you:
