if you're anything like me, you have to have a fun snack every once in awhile. I adore salsa, but I can't eat the hot stuff anymore! So after I played around, I came up with this recipe. It's sweet and good for you :)
2 large red tomatoes, seeded and diced.
1 medium white onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, grated
2 peppadew peppers, diced and seeded (sooo sweet!)
1/2 fresh pineapple diced
1 ripe peach diced
juice of two limes.
