new to this site, not sure how to navigate it
I had a AF in 08 with a sentinel pile, great doc, too bad my loving soon to be ex forgot to pick me up. Nonetheless, I think it (I am going to name this one) is back, sentinel pile and all. Problem is I am in FL and my good doc is in OH. I have had chronic diarrhea which only exacerbates the situation. I know what caused the first one but need to get to the underlying cause of this AF. My good doc did give me some medication (that had to be compounded) that provided excellent relief postsurgery. Problem is the name wore off the bottle. Other problem is that the soon to be ex is also a doc and I don't know how warmly I will be received

Hi Beth.... if it has to be compounded, its most likely Nifedipine 0.2-0.5%. I know this for two reasons, this is what my CRS had prescribed and the pharmacist who lives on my street said it had to be compounded.
By the way, i was just in columbus a few weeks ago on business and stayed downtown....what a great city!
