I hear you guys talk about piles and tags, I know what tags are but what are piles?

I don't know what those are, either . . . maybe some type of scar tissue? Or is it another word for hemorrhoid?

Piles are hemorrhoids, tags are a little skin tag that develops by the fissure. It is supposed to protect the fissure??? from what??? the fissure...LOL AKA Sentenile pile.
