I had a rectosigmoidoscopy a month ago and all in all I thought it wasn't a big deal to me really. I could follow the procedure on a screen, which was interesting. There was no pain, just a slight discomfort.

reckless, neither did the first crs (Dr. L) who looked at me last Oct - even though he's the guy who found my AF three years ago!! The second crs (Dr. C) saw it in October - and I see him tomorrow.

How did they see it? Was it just with their eyes or did they use a tool?

I'm not sure. Dr. L said the AF was fine - but Dr. C saw it - not sure how, but he felt, looked, and scoped.
And I'll go through all of that again tomorrow . . .
Needless to say, I have alot of questions to ask him.

fissures can be internal and external. Lucky me, mine started inside and goes outside right into the skin tag.
