It doesn't have to be water. I drink herbal teas to break up the monotony of liquids . I also made ice cubes of 100% cranberry juice and I will throw one or two into my water to give it flavour. I used to squeeze half a lemon in too, but my crs said no citrus for now. I drink a glass of watered down juice with lunch.
