I went from a normal weight of 110-115 lbs to 90-92 lbs. It was scary!!!! Image
Happily, I'm now back in my normal weight range.

Why is it that you lose weight when you suffer from fissures?

For me it is because I eat less.
Less in = less out = less trauma to healing tissue.

Same as Woi - but also because, for me, pain and anxiety were very effective appetite suppressants.
