I've been putting coconut oil on my lips for a week now and it works great.
I was trying lanolin the last couple days on my AF along with the nifedipine, but it is kinda waxy and not easy to 'glide in'. So I think I'll try rubbing it with the coconut oil and have the best of both worlds!
