Hi, I am just wondering if anyone can tell me how long to expect the spasms to continue, even after the fissure has healed? I am pretty sure my fissure has healed - my GP couldn't see any evidence of it when he checked a few weeks ago, and I have no pain when I actually go to the toilet, but I still get the wicked spasms that for me last all day. Can I expect them to settle down anytime soon?

In my experiences with my AF, my spasms made the pain and healing worse. If your AF has healed, could you maybe take something to relax?
