Hey...
Having a fistulectomy done on May 12th... and I am a bit scared. I don't know what to expect. I have multiple fistulas... Like 3 primary and 5 branches. I will keep you updated with my progress as much as possible and also, if you have any tips you can give me please feel free to do so.

Just wanted to say good luck with the surgery. Recovery can take quite a while, the best advice I can give is take it really easy, keep it as clean as possible down there and have lots and lots of hot baths. I recommend ordering a lot of books from amazon if you haven't already for bath time, I've been through a lot and i'm a slow reader!
There's good advice on this site and plenty of people happy to help/give advice, so remember you're not alone!
