Just wanted to share this with all of you. If you're like me you're on a quest for more fiber. I'm like the fiber police. I'm thrilled when a snack can provide 9 grams of fiber. The vita muffin tops in deep chocolate have 9 Grams of fiber and 4 grams of protein. They are Delicious!!!! They have a variety of flavors that vary from 5 to 9 grams of fiber. I'm a chocoholic so I'm thrilled that the chocolate ones have the most fiber. I find them in my supermarket in the freezer section. Between these and Gnu bars I'm getting more than half my daily fiber. I eat the rest of it with veggies and fruit. Feeling a little better today so wanted to share something I thought was good for a change, since mostly I complain on this forum :D
