Ace....I am doing my online shopping as we speak and I am all over the 3 for 2 brown rice offer at my local supermarket :)

Right on with this post. This worked so well to ease constipation i had to get up in the middle of the night. I felt so much better, since i had gone to bed completely bloated and miserable.

4 days now of eating the brown rice, once daily. It appears that YES it is working. Thanks!
