Please could you all tell me whether you think Quorn would be a decent (ish) alternative to red meat for a fissure friendly meal? I am really missing Spaghetti Bolegnase and thinking of trying with quorn.

I've had quorn "chicken" products several times while dealing with a fissure, and had no problems at all.
