This amazing, fantastic talk on TEDx is about cancer, but if you replace "cancer" by "anal fissure", it stays as relevant and amazing - actually it applies to any slow healing, painful and nerve wrecking condition. I felt really renewed after watching it, maybe other forum members will also enjoy it:
