Dates and figs

Postby BillUltra » 15 May 2012, 21:13

Two fruits I never would have bought, but after recommendations I picked some up at the grocery store on the way home from work. I love them both! Delicious! Wish I could have eaten more of them, but I was afraid to try more than one of each until I experience their actual effect. Just healed up, but definitely don't want any explosions to put me back to square one.

I love both dates and figs...I didnt have any trouble. Prunes on the other hand were violent! It is difficult wanting to eat something new but being hesitant because of the unforseen outcome! Enjoy Bill!

My favorite one is dry apricot, yammy! And also dried cranberries, I add them to my morning branflex with yogurt.
