calcium

If dairy stuff is bad and you cut it out completely, do you need to take calcium as a supplement, or is it not something to worry about? :bigbart:

there is calcium in a number of other things. soy milk, for instance, has about as much as milk. also dark leafy greens like spinach and brocolli have tons of calcium. rather than take too much calcium, which can be binding, I'd go for an extra helping of spinach.

Thanks, I didn't know that. I have spinach, rocket and watercress with either salmon or crab for dinner most nights, so that's one less thing to worry about!
