The only FDA approved treatment for Anal Fissures in the USA.

Rectiv 0.04%

Rectiv is 0.4% for anal use. What is normally compounded is 0.2%. So this is twice as strong. It is really expensive (over $400), but if you go to their website you can print a coupon so you don't pay over $40. $43 is what I was paying for the compounded .2%. Severity of side effects is also increased.
Will pick mine up tomorrow!
