Hey guys, anyone got any advice or stories.
I have had a fissure for a while now. Had surgery almost 3 months ago and had Botox. Since then I have been healing but.....
I can not seem to go beyond three days without bleeding. It is always three days. It is only a little amount, but I just don't seem to want to heal. I am now just using pysillium husks to keep myself soft, and I am trying to reduce this now to turn my BM from soft/runny to harder consistency. I am doing this slowly.
Any advice on reasons why I won't heal the last part? Is it because i have too soft BMs? Is there anything else I should be doing?
Help - I find this a little depressing!

hi steve ,you dont want it like water ,you want a sold stool but a soft stool still,lots of fibre ,lots of water ,looks like you are going the right way ,a bit trial and error
i take movicol half sachet in morning ,and 2 fybogels at the mo
and try to keep a good diet and loads of water ,i also have pepermint tea to help with the gas
