I have been struggling with sentinel pile pain for several months. For a period of time, I thought it was getting better. However, it is now very painful again and bleeding some. How long have others struggled with a sentinel pile? If they don't resolve, what is the cure for a sentinel pile? (Please don't say surgery!) I have been using Desitin, Vicks, hydrocortizone, etc., with limited relief.
Any thoughts?
