Variety

Postby LavaAss » 07 Dec 2012, 16:53

I've had 3 good days! Fingers crossed!
This is what I've been eating. Other suggestions for variety?
Morning: maple/brown sugar oatmeal cooked in a glass of milk
Lunch: A whole wheat sandwich with some grilled frozen cauliflower with olive oil and mayo.
Snack: Fruit smoothie with half apple, half banana, half cup of blueberries
Dinner: boiled sweet potato with lots of butter, steamed broccoli and poached white fish, an ounce of yogurt
Snack: 1-2 apples microwaved for a couple of minutes and sprinkled with a bit of sugar.
Last night I switched out the fish for some grilled salmon and half a Morningstar veggie burger. Couldn't digest much ( but I'd been on the above diet for a couple of weeks so hopefully that's just weaning pains) but miralax appears to have saved the day.
Tomorrow I'm going to try some quorn and if all goes well, whole wheat pasta the day after.
Other suggestions on what else might be safe to eat? I'm trying to avoid the hard BMs, currently miralax twice a day appears to be helping.
