Since having the proctogram and the ordeal of passing the barium I have been bleeding a whole lot more.
I notice quite a bit of blood in the bowl now after a bm, as opposed to just blood when I wipe from the af. I think it may be down to hemaroids and not the actual af, as my pain level has sort of stayed the same.
I had hems banded a couple of years ago, and noticed a lot of blood when I had them...it was that procedure that caused my af.
Does it sound plausible?

It does sound plausible, definitely, especially if the pain level of the fissure seems about the same. Sheesh... that barium stuff is a nightmare.
I hope it all calms down for you soon.
