Hi I am new here and freaking out. Real quick back story. 2008 I was pregnant and got diagnosed with AF. Lots of blood, very painful etc. Tried proctofoam high fiber and lots of water. It went away, after about 6 months, then returned. After about another three months it went away again, with just high fiber.
Right after the birth of my second child 5/2012 the af returned. I have also developed both internal and external hemorrhoids. I think one may have burst about two weeks ago, because my bum was bleeding, a little all day. Now for the past week, I have noticed small, size of a pinhead, clots when I wipe. I use lidocaine before each bowel movement and can feel a few hemorrhoids.
My bowel movements feel like my bum hole is ripping open, my stools are blood streaked and now Im having small clots when Im wiping.The blood is still bright red. I am freaking out that they could have diagnosed me wrong and it could be cancer. Has any one else ever experienced clotting? I have nobody to talk to about this and my husband only makes it worse. He is always like that doesnt sound good. Im terrified to go back to the doctors about what they might tell me :/

I am so sorry you are having all this pain and bleeding, but you've come to the right place to talk to other people who feel your pain and who are so supportive.
First off, there isn't any reason to believe at this point this is anything other than hemorrhoids/fissures given your current symptoms. Anal cancer is actually a pretty rare cancer, but hemorrhoids/fissures are extremely common. In fact, probably most everyone at some time or another in their life will have some varying degree of difficulty with their back side.
The best thing you can do for yourself is get to the doctor (preferably a colorectal specialist) and have yourself looked at. The small clots you are experiencing aren't any more of a sign of cancer than if you weren't having them and were only having bleeding, but really, a doctor can take a quick look and can help steer you on a course toward relief.
