You need to apply it religiously for at least 1-2 weeks before you will notice a difference. It's slow progress but works and cures 70% of chronic fissures!
Okay, I've decided to do this starting tommorrow morning, at 5:30am each day and 5:30pm at night. I have to be at work at 7am, so I'm hoping any bm that I have is done between 5:30am and 6am.....(I can't believe how you have to stadegize a bm, this is insane, insane
