On my left side, I tend to have less spasm pain at times, and it's how I usually sleep. Having my upper body propped up and legs curled close helps too. But at night, at times I've been getting gassy, and it can be quite painful. To deal with that, or a nightly urge to go that I know I'm better off waiting on, I've been laying on my stomach to help. Not sure why but that helps.
How do you guys sleep or lay to deal with different things?

I too had to lay on my left side, legs pulled up a bit. When that is uncomfortable... Try laying on your belly with a small pillow under your abdomen, to elevate your butt. Seems to relieve pain for me.

I sleep on my belly. I laid on my belly all day yesterday and plan to today too, because so far so good. Yesterday i couldn't even sit. Im just going to act like i had surgery on my a$$ and i need to be careful for a few days.

I usually go with the left side, but often wake lying on my stomach...
