I don't have any problems with salt, but then again, I use this stuff called "No Salt" in my food. It tastes the same as salt to me, although it's a bit on the expensive side. My mom uses it because she has high blood pressure, so I've gotten used to it. I think it's just potassium.
I avoid all acidic and spicy foods since I developed acid reflux again last year. I sure do miss spicy food (I used to LOVE Indian food) and tomatoes, but that's life, I guess.
Oh yeah, I do eat pear chips from Harry and David. I don't count those as regular chips, though. They are really yummy and have fiber in them. We have a Harry and David store nearby, so I make sure to stock up on them. Never had any issues with them and they're a great snack.
January 2013 - Diagnosed with fissure. Eventually turned chronic.
History of IBS and anxiety disorder, along with fear of using bathrooms other than my own caused it.
Tried Diltiazem, but eventually developed a rash.
LIS surgery scheduled August 26th.
