OK, I am really frustrated today. After about 2 1/2 or maybe 3 weeks of keeping stools really soft/loose and getting pain to a more tolerable level, I've had a retear! All it took was going on a walk (my usual 30 to 40-minutes) and then a small, soft poop with a gentle push and ......blood in the toilet. Another small poop around dinner time and I'm back to square 1 (more fresh blood and pain). It's like chutes and ladders! Besides being really p.o.'d, the only good thing is I realize how impossible it is for me to continue like this. 3 steps forward, 3 steps backward. Any support is appreciated! Image
