My fissure and I

Postby moonlight13 » 14 May 2013, 00:38

Dear Friends,
came through your link, by pure coincidence a few days ago and felt the need to share my experience.
I've been having a fissure for almost 2 years now.... on and off.... some days it's pure agony and others i feel great!!!!
well it's been a month now that I've been having issues again with my fissure... for me it is stress and worry related. my best advice for those who are suffering and can't or don't want to have surgery is this:
- no junk food, healthy food is very important
- no sweets
- drink a lot of water
- I use neohealar suppositories and since they are herbal, they don't have any side effect
- 1 sachet and half of movicol at night
- the most important part of all: N0, N0, STRAINING (or pushing)!!!!!!!!!!!
if u guys are into healings and positive energies, the anal shakra is related to fear so u need to change your mind set !!!!!!
I really hope i have been helpful

Yes, thanks Moonlight13,
Really interesting to read about the Anal Chakra and the fear connection!
I'll be looking into that a little more! :)
