heya guys just wondering if anyone is gluten and wheat sensative?
i am and if i eat it just once i get mouth ulcers and if i eat it for a long period i develop anemia and bod rashes and body cramps and really bad nerves..also food alergies are linked to candida/yeast infections.
I defiently have candida as I have slight trush in my mouth and toe nail fungas and had an itchy rectum till i cured it with canesten anti fungal cream.
symptoms of gluten intolerence are mouth ulcers anemia stomach bloating/cramps body cramps and rash bad nerves headache and ringing ears and dizziness and ataxia...thats walking into things and legs giving way and runny or hard stools.
