Have to say that it a GREAT way of looking at things - spot on!......It's also incredibly helpful to plot your progress in respect to everything - diet/ moods/ BMs/ pain levels etc. and you will note that month to month things change - usually for the better :)
It's also a great assessment as to what is key in your diet.
